Each piece in the JAGR Design collection is handmade by local artisans and craftsmen in period traditions. Every step in the process of constructing and fashioning wooden furnishings is overseen with care in order to enhance the unique character of every work — from initial design to the consideration and selection of boards through the hand finishing of each piece. Our upholstered furniture is fabricated of hardwood frames with hand-tied springs and offered with hand-stitched horsehair padding, allowing us to achieve remarkable precision in forms and assure extraordinary longevity.
